We wanted to extend a compliment to a DPS officer that stopped my husband and me on US 183 outside of Gonzales. We were still within city limits and had exceeded the speed limit after just leaving a convenience store. Officer T Krueger could not have been more respectful and courteous, and we appreciated his professionalism and kindness. I had a question for him about an elderly family member who continues to drive, and he took the time to explain the Texas laws on that issue and on renewing a driver’s license. We support and appreciate all law enforcement personnel, as well as the military and first responders, and we wanted to let this officer know that we are grateful for his service to public safety.
