My son and I went to get a new identification card and license. Jennifer was great and went out of her way to help. Jennifer enlisted Aia’s help as she was sitting next to her to pull my son up to the counter at the same time and handle both of our needs at once making it easier and taking way less time. I also had to leave the office to go to the ATM and Jennifer didn’t make us wait at the end of the line and start over. She pulled me back up within a few minutes of returning. Not only were both ladies a pleasure to be around and as nice as could be, they also made the whole process quick and painless. I just wanted to make sure that both of these ladies received the kudos they deserved for going out of their way and being so nice and down to earth. I know their job isn’t an easy one and I appreciate all of you guys so much. Thanks again for all of your help and a job really well done. Thank you Jennifer and Aia!!
