I took my 84 year old mother to the Carrollton Mega Center to renew her identification card. Theo helped us and he couldn't have been nicer, more patient with her or more helpful. The whole center was clean and the staff kept the lines moving. We were out within 45 minutes! Thanks for changing my point of view about the whole process.
