I can't put into words how helpful Pat was. She truly knew how to make sure I could get what I needed. Although at first I didn't think everything was going to work out, Pat gave me hope and helped me finally get my permit. I can't thank her enough for the great service and for just being a true kind hearted person. We need more people like Pat in this world, thank you Pat.
