Naeemah assisted my 15 year old son when we were getting his permit. We were a bit unorganized, but Naeemah was very patient with us. In fact, when it looked like we had forgotten to bring a necessary document, she showed us how to log on and get the document. This saved us from having to return later with the document, missing more work and school. We felt like she wanted us to succeed. She was helpful, charming and made the whole experience pleasant.
