Everyone was super nice and helpful. I didn't have all of the correct paperwork the first time I arrived to transfer my Illinois license to a Texas one. The person I first encountered wrote a note on my application allowing me to come back without waiting in line. The second visit Mary Molloy helped me and she was great. Very nice, personable, patient and knowledgeable. Kudos to her and whomever runs that branch. Many private businesses (banks, retail, etc) could learn take a page from your book.
