I was at the South Austin office with my 24 year old nephew to help him with his expired license and transfer my out-of-state license. My nephew's situation is complicated due to his own irresponsibility, so the process to get him even an ID was a challenge, but Dominque saved the day by helping the person who was processing my nephew's paperwork. He knew how to deal with such a complicated case and patiently walked the employee through the process. He politely asked us further information. Neither he nor the employee ever lost their patience for which I was grateful and a bit astonished as I myself have lost patience with my nephew and the mess he's made with his car and license. In addition, the office was very crowded that day and we watched Dominique take charge and help get everyone through efficiently.
