Angelica Villarreal assisted in renewing my license. She was very pleasant and made the whole transaction easy and quick. She was very professional and competent and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. In fact I want to compliment the whole office. Though a small location, they have a very friendly atmosphere. Their ticket machine was not working but they had a nice system in place and called out the numbers. I had a small wait (15-20 minutes) in which time I watched the staff answer questions of people coming in. If it was a quick issue, they handled it fast while quickly letting us that were waiting know what was going on so that we did not feel that someone was "jumping the line". The facility is a nice bright, clean room very nicely arranged to be helpful. I enjoyed the experience and wanted them to know that the staff there was wonderful.
