Ms. Zon was caring, she was patient, she did not make me feel like an imbecile when I didn't understand an explanation, she just presented it in a different way until I got it. She took the time even though I was a stranger and made me feel like I mattered to her. Even the tone of her voice gave off a vibe of genuine concern.
