I would like to express my gratitude for the great customer service my father and I have received by Thomas Johnson. After fruitless attempts to get guidance previously from other representatives, we were lucky to get a call back from Mr. Johnson. He thoroughly explained the process and provided lots of information on what my father needed to complete his LTC application. Mr. Johnson gave a breath of confidence in a much needed time, as my father almost gave up on the process, he also provided direct communication to make sure we asked any questions we had.
