I brought my 96-yr-old dad into the Pat Booker location to apply for an identification card. The place was packed. There was a lady calling out ticket numbers. I explained about having my father with me and she gave us a place in line. Tammy was the wonderful lady who helped us through the process. She was as sweet as she be and made my dad very comfortable. Thanks again for making this an enjoyable experience for us both.
