When she was dealing with an elderly gentleman before my turn, she was very patient in assisting him and helped him understand and acquire his license. When my turn came she was friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful with my renewal of my CDL. Pretty remarkable in today's tense climate. She is definitely an asset to DPS.
