I would like to send kudos to Anika for her exceptional service at the Carrollton Mega Center. She was helpful and friendly through the process of me getting my 15 year old a permit. She checked on me, and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive. I had to make several trips the day before and that day due to missing/expired forms, which was my fault, but each person I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful. Good job and keep up the good work! We appreciate you!
