Officer Poerner stopped me in Concho Co. Officer Poerner was professional, courteous and very kind natured. I have had many encounters with law enforcement over the years and this is one of the very few times that my experience was very positive. Officer Poerner was clear about why he stopped me; was non-judgmental and allowed me to ask questions. He explained the importance for abiding by traffic laws. I felt like his mission was to educate about the importance of following traffic laws as they applied to maintaining safety on TX highways. I was very impressed and he "just about" restored my faith in law enforcement personnel. Thank you Officer Poerner for keeping our highways safe and for treating me like a human being.
