I wanted to take a moment to commend DPS Officer C. Terry who showed patience and compassion during a traffic stop on Hwy 161 PGBT today. This display of kindness, especially during these trying times, affected me with such impact, that now, instead of feeling resentment, I feel like I owe it to Officer Terry (and my fellow citizens) to return this act of kindness, and improve my driving habits. Please know he really made a difference today.
