I was travelling east on I-40 outside Amarillo when I got pulled over by Officer Roberts. He was very pleasant and affable during the whole interaction. He didn't make me feel like a bad criminal. He greeted me very politely and explained why he pulled me over. He was very professional. He asked me tons of questions and while I realized that he was trying to ascertain if my answers matched the explanation I told him of why and where I was travelling, he still treated me with respect and dignity. This goes a long way in the public's general view of LEO and the police in general. Again, thank you Officer Roberts for treating me with respect.
