My wife and I visited the New Braunfels location to renew our driver licenses. A pleasant surprise awaited us. We were greeted with smiling faces at the check in counter. We asked to be seated next to each due to common documents needed to complete transactions. We were directed to stations 9 and 10 where the two ladies listed above greeted us. They were very pleasant and helpful, taking time answer all questions. The process took about 20 minutes. We were both pleased with visit and time it took. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation.
