I am a handicapped 79 year old senior reapplying for an updated driving license and was dreading the experience and procedure that I was sure I had to endure. I could not have been happier and more delighted with my experience from the moment I arrived and the quick clerical procedure. The very pleasant staff helped me to a nearby chair and my wait was brief. I was not alone as there other seniors nearby. A very thank you to Joyce Lewis who made my experience so effortless. She is a true asset to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
