I wanted to write and express my thanks to Jennifer Kokal who helped my wife and me with our license. This was just before the state shutdown for the virus and the facility was busy and a lot of tension around. Jennifer was very patient and helpful despite the stress at the time. She acted in a very professional manner and represents the state/county very well. Thank you to Jennifer and apologies for taking so long to write in recognition.
