My experience at the Hillsboro office was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I am a new citizen to Texas and am very grateful for such an interaction with the DPS staff. Janet especially stood out due to her patience, yet efficient service. I didn’t expect to be in and out so quickly. The facility was very clean. My 77 mile drive was well worth it for such an experience. I commend DPS.
