I made a visit to the Houston North Mega Center on Veterans Memorial, and initially I was pretty nervous about being turned around or having to wait in long lines, however I was serviced so fast. I was actually in and out before my actual appointment time. I arrived about 30 minutes early just to be prepared. The employees were very nice, they gave clear instructions and not once did I feel unsafe or worried about covid-19. Everyone was professional, friendly and kind. The employee that handled my paperwork was Darneisia, she was very nice and made the entire process quick and easy. She did such a wonderful job!
