I want to thank Charlotte for being so awesome and helping me get my license during a time when I was highly stressed. She not only relaxed me by being funny but she was such an expert at her job. I want to personally thank her and say that she is an amazing asset to the Texas Department of Public Safety. I was so lucky to have Charlotte serve me!
