I wanted to take some time to sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Denise and Barbara. As soon as I arrived at the location after driving for 50 minutes from Houston, Barbara screened me and made sure I had all the documents I needed to obtain my license. She quickly took me into the lobby and had me signed in and within seconds. Denise was exceptionally professional and kind. Her friendly customer service made me feel comfortable throughout the course of my transaction. She was also very knowledgeable and very happy to answer all my questions.
