Alex was very thorough and patient with my 17 year old son, answering all his questions and making sure he understood everything he needed to understand with his permit. This was especially important because we had just moved from another state and there are certain things done in Texas that are different than what we are used to. He was very articulate, professional, patient, went the extra mile to make sure all the documentation was accurate and provided us with the most efficient service.
