I just wanted to let you know that I had a very nice experience when renewing my DL. I messed up and scheduled my appointment at the commercial DL building. Everyone was super helpful and kind and told me to just go over to the CDL building and they would help me there. I was greeted by a friendly face and was directed to a window without delay. Keosha was helpful and quickly noticed a few things I missed on my application -- most importantly the unit # on my address. I was dreading this appointment but it couldn't have been more efficient and pleasant. Good job, DPS staff!
