Emally assisted me in renewing my license. She was very friendly as well as professional as she guided me through the process. I appreciated her patience and helpfulness. Also, I felt she took an interest in making sure I was happy with the whole transaction instead of my being treated as just another number like most visits to govt offices I have experienced in my time.
