I wanted to take a moments to say thank you to all the men and women that work at the Texas Department of Public Safety, Carrollton Mega Center. From the way I was greeting waiting in line outside, to the way personnel handled the check-in process, to how my state license was processed! With a very special shout out to Dailou! You are very lucky to have a person like Dailou. She exudes positive energy, cares about her customers and goes out of her way to make sure that they are satisfied. Whoever, is running the Carrollton facility understands customer service and has built a very strong and dedicated team! Thank you for helping make my visit an enjoyable day!
