There was a miscommunication in my family about my teen driving test for my license and we missed my 11:30 AM appointment and showed up at 1:00 PM instead. Nina was working outside the Pflugerville Mega Center checking people in. When she checked my appointment printout, she asked if I maybe I had given her the wrong one by mistake. When she saw how disappointed I was that we missed the appointment and wasn’t going to be able to get my license today, she went out of her way to see what she could do to. She went inside and came back out and she was genuinely happy to let us know she got me in for the last available appointment today! She went above and beyond when she didn’t have to and was happy to do it. We let her know how much we appreciate her, but I think she deserves to hear it again!
