My girlfriend and I had to get her driver license switched from Arkansas to Texas. We headed to the office in Corpus Christi. The entire office was super helpful and most especially the employee that was assigned to assist with the process. Isis went above and beyond to make sure we had everything taken care of, despite us having everything all out of sorts on our part. With everything going on with Covid19 it made it hard to get everything properly in order to prove my girlfriend’s residency at my house. However, Isis was very patient and understanding. She even reached out to her supervisor to be sure we were getting taken care of properly and without any complaint. We both wanted to take the time to acknowledge her great customer service and express our deepest gratitude.
