Trooper Litvin pulled me over for speeding in Parker County on July 1st. I write to tell you that my wife and I, along with my mother-in-law, were very impressed with his professionalism. He was polite and courteous - and careful - and we must have talked about the kind of person it takes to be a Trooper in these crazy times for several miles. And, like every other thinking American, we recognize that the great majority of officers are of this caliber. All this craziness must take a toll on your personnel, and I just wanted to let you know that we are very proud of all of you and stand fully behind law enforcement in this great country of ours. Please pass this on to Trooper Litvin and let him know that we recognize and applaud his professionalism, and more importantly, his character.
