I just wanted to send a “Big Thank you!” to officer Williams for being such a professional, polite and courteous person. I had a license plate vinyl cover (removed on same day) on my trailer that was blurry and old, therefore obscuring the license plate. Officer Williams informed me of this issue and he was very professional, polite and courteous while speaking to me... I felt like he deserves some recognition for doing an outstanding job out there and for keeping the roads safe for all of us truckers and all drivers in general. Officer Williams is one of many Great examples of true police professionalism; and in a few words I just wanted to express my most sincere appreciation and support for him and all his fellow officers patrolling and keeping the roads safe; and to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
