Officer Bob Shields was dispatched to help my mother and I with a flat tire. He was so friendly, polite and personable as he worked in the hot sun to change our tire. He went above and beyond by taking more time and effort to move one of my regular tires from the back to the front so the donut would be on the back and thereby making it safer to drive.
