I went to the DPS office in Baytown to renew my license. I had reserved an appointment online for 8:20 am, and checked in online at 7:50. First off, I am a huge fan of the new system, and the employees at this office were extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. Although every employee was pleasant, Toni went above and beyond to answer my questions and to put me at ease. For instance, when I misread a section of the directions on the form, Toni gently redirected me with grace and humor. Her kindness and friendly demeanor made a usually dreaded errand a delightful interaction instead. Please continue to hire and to recognize outstanding employees like Toni!
