My mother was surrendering her driver license for an ID card as well as changing her address to mine as she now resides with me and my husband. Getting mom into the office could have been a challenge, but DPS staff made entry easy and quick for us. Once we were called to a station, Rose was equally as helpful and accommodated my need to provide two bills to verify my address. Rattled by not having these documents with me, I especially appreciated her chuckle upon my producing the second bill which my husband brought over to the office while Rose did the paperwork processing. Rose's kind and understanding handling made the experience a positive one. Please congratulate Rose for her extraordinary customer service skills, in fact, all the DPS staff was outstanding!!
