I wanted to recognize a vastly improved process and experience at the Plano Driver License Office. Back in December 2019 we waited for nearly five hours to get my son's permit, but after making an appointment we were serviced early and finished in under five minutes. This was stress free (even with the temperature checks). Please continue the appointment process even after we get through the pandemic. The whole experience was wonderful.
