After my license expired during the shutdown I was needing to renew, but couldn’t online. Making an appointment made it so much easier! I checked in online in my car and had no wait at all! I also received friendly help even though I’m sure she heard the same comments and questions many times. For something I was dreading it became pleasant and fast!
