Wanted to say thank you for making my appointment to receive my first Texas driver license a very pleasant experience. I'm new to Texas having recently moved here from California. I honestly expected to be there no less than three hours even with an appointment, but was on my way home in a little less than two. Considering we're in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic, I think that's pretty exceptional!! The entire process was very organized and more importantly I felt very safe with the precautions taken to prevent the spread of the virus. I encountered several DPS employees that were very friendly, courteous and helpful. A special thank you to Michael Thombs for answering my many questions.
