We arrived to Ft Stockton for our scheduled appointment with what we thought was everything we needed to get my daughter's ID. I did not realize that I had filled out the wrong form, did not have all of the identifying documents for myself and was missing one for my daughter. From the moment I realized that, I was afraid the drama would begin. However, Melissa knew what documents could be accepted and patiently asked if I could access those documents. She even allowed me to make phone calls to get everything we needed faxed/emailed to her so that we could complete our appointment. I am forever grateful to her for being courteous, friendly and understanding.
