I renewed my license at DPS in McKinney. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly! Everyone was friendly and helpful. One man must have not heard his number called, and a DPS employee noticed that he had been sitting there awhile. She explained what happened and made sure he was called next. That was above and beyond, but I didn’t get her name. Over all, the atmosphere was just so much nicer and calmer than when people have been waiting in line. I hope the policy of making appointments continues!
