I just wanted to compliment Mary. She’s efficient, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help. I’ve had the pleasure of her assistance twice now. The first time was with my parents, and she was so kind and patient with them which made the whole experience far less stressful than I anticipated. The second time I had come in to get my endorsement added to my license and Mary knew exactly what was needed off the top of her head and took care of it all so quickly.
