I am a nurse and have a very busy schedule due to the pandemic. I scheduled an appointment for my grandson months in advance to get his driver permit. I was unable to get the time off to take care of this and worried about getting to work in time. To my surprise, I was in and out of there in 15-20 min!!! I was very pleasantly surprised at how well organized and systematic the process was, not to mention the true customer service provided. The young lady at the front who checked us in and help us to make sure that we had all of the proper paperwork was so courteous and helpful. The employee, Lisa, whom assisted us in obtaining the permit was very professional and provided exceptional customer service.
