I went to renew my license at the driver license office in Lubbock. The process was very smooth and quick. I had a 1:30 appointment and arrived about 1:20. After a short wait in line, I was checked in and immediately directed to Lena Smith. She was extremely cordial and helpful. We went through the process and I walked out with my temporary license at 1:32. That is true efficiency. My complements to the office.
