We had an appointment at the Midland DL Center to obtain a driver license for myself, my husband, and our 16 year old daughter having moved here recently from another state. Laura had wonderful customer service skills. She was both very welcoming and professional. She went over and above what she should have done by helping us finish the process in one day so we did not have to come back a second time. I very much appreciated her friendliness, her patience, her knowledge, and her willingness to seek answers.
