Latisha was very informative and very pleasant. She made mine and my daughter’s appointment to the DPS very pleasant. Our levels of anxiety were high. Latisha took all that anxiety away and made my daughter’s first time in the DPS for her permit a very pleasant experience. She even congratulated her on her permit and wished her a Happy Birthday! Latisha is a phenomenal employee.
