I wanted to take a moment and express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the level of attention and great customer service Ms. Koirala provider over the past few weeks. I am an active duty service member station in West Point NY and my ID expired back in May. I was unable to renew online and had had emailed for help, I was promptly provided information-link to where to find the information, however, when I mailed my packet I was missing information and she reach out to me by email to inform of the additional information I needed on subsequent occasion. As well as informed me that my packet was processed and my ID was being mailed. I am very impressed by the courteous service she provided and I want to let you know that I am grateful for what she has done for me.
