I would like to say thank you to the staff of the Rockwall Driver License Office who helped make my appointment very pleasant. My appointment time was at 1:20 in the afternoon and I was back in my car by 1:34. I would also like to say a special thank you to Joyce Cash who took care of my license renewal and took the time to help answer some other questions I had about what is needed to get my 90 year old mother a Texas ID card. Great customer service during these unchartered times we are currently in is always a plus. Keep up the great work!
