I like so many Americans am plagued by the major challenges presented by COVID. Despite what I initially perceived as yet another challenge, renewing my driver license, instead was met by the pleasant, respectful and extremely helpful countenance of Joseph. Wow is all I can say. He along with everyone I encountered at the Gessner location, displayed an exceptional desire to act as customer advocates throughout my experience. They all deserve our gratitude despite the numbers of multicultural and multilingual people going in and out the entire time I was there they continued to exude compassion, consideration and professionalism. Three Cheers!!! Keep up the great work.
