I am writing this email to let you know what a pleasure it was to renew it at this office. Four women who assisted me were very professional, courteous and helpful. The front desk woman, the woman who did the temperature and covid survey, the woman who checked my eyes and appointment data, and finally the woman who completed the computer part of the application process. I wish that I had taken their names. They deserve personal recognition. These women were professional to everyone who entered the building. Another man forgot an important document in his car. Your representative at the door let him go back for it without making a fuss or requiring him to start the line process all over. These employees prove that one can be attentive and kind in the world of bureaucracy.
