I renewed my driver license in the Paris office. Delores processed my renewal and I want to relay that she is excellent. Very positive, professional and proficient. She was training two new employees as well, and it is obvious that she is a natural leader. The lady who was COVID screening folks at the front door was excellent as well. I was impressed with the diligence of the safety protocols, to include the lady who disinfected the customer counter area between clients. Kudos to all involved with the superb Paris Driver License Office - ya'll are doing it right!
