My son and I just had the best experience at your Brady office. We ran out of gas 1.5 miles from the Brady office which pushed us out 25 minutes from our appointment time. Once we arrived we were told they do not do driving tests on Mondays. We shared our predicament and Crystal squeezed us in! Because Crystal and her co-worker treated us with such kindness, our stressful day was saved. They were both so kind and went above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service. We are both so grateful for their professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service!
